一、培养目标 Educational Objectives 本专业培养适应国家经济建设和科学技术发展需要，德智体美全面发展，具备工程技术基础，掌握信息技术，能够综合应用现代科学技术对企业系统进行规划、设计、评价和创新，提高企业系统整体的效益，有良好的创新与创业能力，既通晓工程技术又擅长经营管理的复合型的高级专门人才。本专业毕业生能从事行政、工程、设计、制造、管理、科研与教育等方面的工作。 Industrial Engineering Major cultivates versatile and advanced specialists, who adapt to the need of the country’s economy building and development of science and technology, all developing on virtue, wisdom, body, beauty, holding engineering technology base, mastering information technology, heightening enterprise system whole benefit through synthetically applying modern science and technology to engage in the layout, design, evaluation and innovation for enterprise system. Graduates from the Industrial Engineering Major graduate will engage in administration, engineering, design, manufacture, management, scientific research, education and so on. 二、培养要求 Education Requirement 本专业学生主要学习工业工程方面的基础理论和基本知识，受到应用工业工程理论与方法分析和解决实际问题的基本训练，并初步具有企业系统开发、设计和管理的工作能力。 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力： 1.掌握工业工程学科的基本理论和基本知识。 2.掌握机械工程的基本知识，具有现代机械产品创新的初步能力。 3.掌握系统管理的分析方法和技术，具有现代信息系统设计的基本能力。 4.具有扎实的数学基础和信息技术基础。 5.掌握一门外语，达到大学四级水平，具有较强的读、译、听、说的能力。 6.具有良好的人文社会科学基础和文字表达能力。 7.具有较强的适应能力、自学能力、协作精神和创业精神。 8.了解现代工业工程的发展动态和经济管理的政策法规，具有初步的科研能力。 These students in this major mainly study the basic theory and basic knowledge about Industry Engineering, accepting the basic training of analysis and resolving practical problems, applying Industry Engineering theory and method, and primarily holding the work ability to exploit, design and manage practicality enterprise system. The graduate must acquire these knowledge and ability, as followings: 1. Master the basic theory and knowledge of Industrial Engineering. 2. Master the basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, and have the primary ability of mechanical product innovation. 3. Master analytical method and technology on system management, holding the basic ability of modern information system design. 4. Have strongly math foundation and information technology foundation. 5. Master one foreign language, to obtain the certificate of four level, to have the strongly ability of reading, translating, listening and speaking. 6. Have better humanities and social science foundation and writing expressive ability. 7. Have strongly adaptive ability, self-study ability, collaboration spirit and created spirit. 8.Know the development trends on modern Industry Engineering and the policy of economy management, and have primary scientific research ability. 三、就业（发展）方向 Employed（Developed） Direction 学生毕业后，适于在现代化生产企业、管理型事业、社会服务业及公共事业单位等从事生产组织、协调等以技术为基础的管理工作，或在高校、科研机构从事相应的教学科研工作。 四、修业年限及授予学位 Length of Schooling and Degree Conferred. 1．修业年限：3～6年弹性学制 2．授予学位：工学学士或管理学学士 五、专业核心（特色）课程设置
