Dr. Shunli Sun, associate professor of Industrial Engineering Department, College of Energy Science and Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University, China. He received his master degree in 2001 and PhD degree from central-South University. And has supervised five researches and consulting projects. He authored one book "statistical methods for quality improvement" (October in 2015) by the metallurgical industry press and more than twenty-eight journals and proceedings papers in the areas of statistical quality management and service management.

 Research interests: mainly on the design of quality improvement experiment and data analysis , service quality management.
