Dr. Dingqi Li, received his Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering from Henan Polytechnic University in 2003 and PhD in Safety Engineering in 2008 from China University of Mining and Technology. He joined Henan Polytechnic University in 2011 as a Lecturer. His research is focused on coal mine gas extraction and utilisation.

He has presided over 3 projects at or above the provincial level and supervised more than 20 researches in some major international academic journals, 7 of which have been recorded by SCI. He has obtained 3 patents for invention. Also, she authored one book.
